About your coach
I've sat where you're sitting.
I know what it feels like to have built a life that looks right from the outside — and to lie awake wondering who you are now, and what you actually want.
My story
I've spent more than 30 years leading, mentoring, problem-solving and helping people navigate some pretty complicated situations. I'm a nurse, a healthcare executive, a mom, a woman who has built a successful career — and someone who knows firsthand that success doesn't make you immune to life getting messy.
Midlife has a way of changing the rules. Your body changes. Relationships change. Careers that once defined you may not fit anymore. Divorce, menopause, aging parents, grown children, money, dating, sex, identity — it can all show up at once and leave you wondering, Who am I now, and what do I actually want?
That's why I coach women in midlife. I bring the clinical perspective of a registered nurse, the strategic thinking of an executive, professional coach training, and the lived experience of a woman who's navigated her own transitions. I'm compassionate, but I'm direct. I'm not going to tell you to manifest a better life while ignoring what's actually happening in it.
We'll get curious. We'll get clear. We'll identify what matters to you. And then we'll figure out what comes next.
Reclaim who you are.
Reinvent what no longer fits.
Create a life that feels like yours.
How I work
My coaching isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about helping you hear yourself more clearly — and then actually trust what you hear.
Honest conversation
No scripts, no formulas. We talk like two adults who respect each other's intelligence. I'll ask the questions you've been avoiding, and I'll hold space for the answers.
Your pace, your terms
Some clients want to move fast. Others need to slow down and feel their way through. I follow your lead — and I'll tell you honestly when I think you're stalling.
Real accountability
Insight without action is just interesting. We'll celebrate the breakthroughs and we'll also make sure they turn into something real in your life.
